Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Sales and Credit Loan & Compliance Credit Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will evaluate credit applications, determine creditworthiness, and make sound credit decisions. This position demands expertise in credit analysis, risk assessment, and lending practices to ensure responsible and effective lending.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive credit product sales and meet set portfolio targets.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value clients.
- Achieve individual and branch sales goals.
- Analyse credit applications and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend credit limits and terms.
- Make informed credit decisions based on analysis and risk assessment.
- Monitor credit performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure effective credit management. Stay up-to-date with changes in credit regulations and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-4+ years proven experience in sales within financial services or commercial banking.
- Strong knowledge of credit and Sales. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
