In this role, you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with healthcare stakeholders, providers, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare partners. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities in digital health, including hospitals, clinics, insurers, and corporate wellness programs.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (C-level executives, physicians, IT leaders, government health agencies).
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies, including cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events (HIMSS, HLTH, etc.).
- Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, structure contracts, and close high-value deals with healthcare organizations.
- Product Evangelism: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our digital health solutions to prospects and partners.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to refine positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in digital health, healthcare IT,
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare systems, value-based care, telehealth, and regulatory standards.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing deals with hospitals, payers, or companies.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills; ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess market opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator
- BSc/HND in Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, and/or a related field. Existing network in the healthcare space (providers, payers, Hospitals & pharmacies)
