We are looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Officer to help drive the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the execution of sales and partnership strategies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and potential leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and creative) to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
- Represent the organization at business meetings, industry events, and networking functions.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, leads, and outcomes using CRM tools or internal databases.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on progress, targets, and challenges. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic growth plans for the company.
