We are looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Officer to help drive the growth of our organization. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and potential leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and creative) to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
- Represent the organization at business meetings, industry events, and networking functions.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, leads, and outcomes using CRM tools or internal databases.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on progress, targets, and challenges. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic growth plans for the company.
