Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand and marketing Manager who will take ownership of Pharmarun’s brand, ensuring it is strategically positioned in the market to drive user growth, engagement, and revenue. This is not a traditional brand role it’s a growth-driven position that blends brand storytelling, product marketing, and sales enablement* to ensure our products resonate with the right audiences and deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate understands healthcare consumers, B2B2C market dynamics, and can bridge the gap between product, marketing, and revenue teams
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Positioning & Market Fit
- Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with Pharmarun’s growth and revenue objectives.
- Define the product’s value proposition for B2B2C, B2B, and B2C audiences (e.g., HMOs, hospitals, pharmacies, and end users).
- Work with product and growth teams to ensure market feedback informs product development and service enhancements.
2. Growth-Driven Campaigns
- Lead integrated campaigns that drive *user acquisition, product adoption, and revenue conversion.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create *multi-channel strategies* (digital, offline activations, community events, partnerships).
- Partner with sales to deliver marketing materials, case studies, and playbooks for closing deals.
3. Product-to-Market Execution
- Coordinate go-to-market (GTM) plans for new features, product launches, and service rollouts.
- Develop compelling narratives and content for product promotions across different channels.
- Oversee creative execution from concept to final delivery ensuring brand consistency and impact.
4. Market & Consumer Insights
- Conduct regular competitor and industry analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Track customer sentiment and behavior to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Use analytics to measure brand performance, campaign ROI, and user conversion rates*.

5. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the bridge between product, marketing, growth, and operations* to ensure aligned execution.
- Support the CEO and growth team with *strategic pitches and presentations*.
- Ensure the Pharmarun brand is visible and credible in the healthcare ecosystem through partnerships, media, and events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly *user acquisition growth and active user retention rates
- Contribution of brand campaigns to *GMV and revenue growth
- Increase in *brand awareness* and *customer preference scores
- GTM campaign success rates (measured by adoption and engagement).
- Marketing-generated leads and conversion rates for B2B/B2B2C
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years in brand management, product marketing, or growth marketing (preferably in healthtech, FMCG, or B2B2C).
- Proven ability to translate brand vision into measurable growth results*.
- Strong understanding of *digital marketing, product launches, and customer acquisition funnels*.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and market research.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional responsibilities.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
