Key Responsibilities
- Execute cold email campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo etc.
- Conduct cold calls to B2B decision-makers, booking meetings or qualifying leads
- Build and manage outbound lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach based on ICPs and campaign goals
- Write persuasive, on-brand outreach copy that generates replies and conversions Maintain accurate records of activity and outcomes in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)

Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in cold outreach or outbound sales (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling light objection management
- Experience running cold email campaigns and working with outreach platforms
- Strong written English and outreach copywriting skills
- Understanding of basic B2B marketing concepts (e.g., ICPs, funnels, personas)
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn) Ideal industry exposure in Tech, SaaS, Marketing, MarTech, FinTech
