Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and target-driven B2B Lead Generation Expert to support our sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be to discover new B2B opportunities, connect with potential clients, and arrange initial meetings for our business development team.
If you're self-motivated, excellent at online prospecting, and familiar with global lead generation strategies, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers in targeted geographies (USA & EU)
- Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms
- Qualify prospects based on fit, interest, and readiness
- Schedule calls between leads and our internal sales team
- Maintain lead information in CRM and report weekly progress
- Achieve monthly KPIs for lead volume and conversions
Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in the IT or SaaS space
- Good understanding of global markets, especially North America and Europe
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or HubSpot is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
