Job Description/Requirements
The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing or advertising. This role requires a passion for building relationships, delivering results, and acting as the bridge between clients and the internal team. Excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for growth opportunities, and confidence in leading client engagements from start to finish are essential.
Responsibilities
- Managing existing client accounts
- Coordinating and anchoring client sessions: virtual and physical
- Nurturing and converting leads
- Coordinating & anchoring client pitches
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Identifying cross selling and upselling opportunities
- Account planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Receiving and resolving client feedback
- Receiving client briefs and anchoring execution internally
- Tracking client campaign performance to ensure KPIs and timelines are met
- Liaising with stakeholders: clients, design team, digital team etc to ensure the seamless execution of client briefs Developing contact reports for each client/external engagement as well as reporting on the progress of each client account
Qualifications
Education
- First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related social science course
- Relevant certifications and professional memberships will be an added advantage: ARCON, NIPR, CIM etc.
Experience
- 3-5 years experience in a marketing/advertising agency
- Verifiable evidence of account management competency
- Sound understanding of advertising and digital marketing
- At least 2 years in account management in a marketing/advertising agency
