The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing or advertising. This role requires a passion for building relationships, delivering results, and acting as the bridge between clients and the internal team. Excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for growth opportunities, and confidence in leading client engagements from start to finish are essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing existing client accounts
• Coordinating and anchoring client sessions: virtual and physical
• Nurturing and converting leads
• Coordinating & anchoring client pitches
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Identifying cross selling and upselling opportunities
• Account planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Receiving and resolving client feedback
• Receiving client briefs and anchoring execution internally
• Tracking client campaign performance to ensure KPIs and timelines are met
• Liaising with stakeholders: clients, design team, digital team etc to ensure the seamless execution of client briefs
Developing contact reports for each client/external engagement as well as reporting on the progress of each client account

Qualifications

Education

• First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related social science course
• Relevant certifications and professional memberships will be an added advantage: ARCON, NIPR, CIM etc.

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in a marketing/advertising agency

• Verifiable evidence of account management competency

• Sound understanding of advertising and digital marketing

• At least 2 years in account management in a marketing/advertising agency
