We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor for our organization in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The ideal candidate must have experience managing technical staff, vehicle maintenance schedule and general workshop operations. The candidate must be conversant with CAT and other mechanical diagnostic tools, must have electronics background, must be able to work independently on transmissions, hydraulics and engines of road construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations including scheduling, repairs and inspections.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using CAT and other mechanical diagnostic tools.
• Oversee repair and servicing of road construction equipment (hydraulics, transmissions and electronics)
• Manage a team of technicians and ensure adherence to safety and maintenance protocols.
Ensure proper documentation of all workshop activities and service reports.

Qualifications

• Strong background in electronics, hydraulics, and transmission systems.
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools including CAT systems.
• Technical degree in Mechanical, Automative or Engineering field.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure operational demands.
• Open to candidates from South Africa, Ghana and Ethiopia.
• Must be willing to relocate to Port Harcourt, Nigeria (willing to assist expatriate relocation).
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong leadership skills.
