*Job Summary:*
We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Quadrant Production team in Injection Molding. The successful candidate will oversee production, preventive maintenance, and quality control, ensuring maximum efficiency and product quality.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Supervise production, making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and repair plastic injection molding machines
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and inspections
- Organize workflow, assign tasks, and prepare schedules
- Train and coach employees
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and address team issues, providing continuous support
*Requirements:*
- Relevant experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing
- Strong technical and leadership skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
