Job Description/Requirements
We're seeking skilled Mentors to deliver our comprehensive web development curriculum focusing on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals. Join a dynamic team creating an engaging, supportive learning environment that launches teens into their tech journey ?.
What You'll Do
- Deliver interactive sessions via Zoom/Google Meet/ LMS
- Guide students through hands-on projects and coding exercises
- Provide individual mentorship during capstone project week
- Lead breakout sessions and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Conduct one-on-one student consultations and progress check-ins
- Collaborate with team members to ensure curriculum consistency
Facilitator/Mentor Requirements
- 3+ years of professional web development experience
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+
- Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with online teaching platforms
