You will be part of a growing team of educators and technologists passionate about teaching and making a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB , and related technologies.
• Guide students through building real-world full-stack applications .
• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback , and support their growth.
• Assist in curriculum design and update course content to reflect current industry standards.
• Facilitate hands-on coding exercises , pair programming sessions , and code reviews .
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and motivating learning environment.
• Participate in instructor training, team meetings, and contribute to improving teaching practices .
• Support students with portfolio building , GitHub profile development , and technical interview preparation .

Qualifications:

• Proficient in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Git
• Strong understanding of responsive design , RESTful APIs , and MVC architecture .
• Prior teaching, mentorship , or coaching experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Passion for education , continuous learning , and supporting others in their tech journey.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.js is a plus.

Compensation:

₦100,000 – ₦150,000 per month (based on experience and hours committed).
