R ole O verview:
We are seeking a passionate Front-End Web Development Tutor to join our team. As a tutor, you'll teach beginner to intermediate-level HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks, helping learners build real projects and become job-ready. This is an opportunity to shape the future of African tech talent while developing your teaching and leadership skills.
R esponsibilities:

• Deliver engaging virtual classes (2–3 times a week)
• Guide learners through practical projects and assignments
• Provide feedback and mentorship to students during training
• Support students during project week and certificate assessments
• Collaborate with the curriculum and community team to improve learning experience

Co mpensation Model:
As a young startup, our current financial resources are limited. However, we have a unique compensation model based on student success.
Our model involves students paying ₦5,000 for a certificate upon course completion.
Tutors will receive thirty-three percent of each certificate fee.
For example, if you have thirty students, you'll earn thirty-three percent of ₦5,000 per student, which total is ₦49,500/month.
