Job Description:
As a Waitress, you will be the face of our dining experience, responsible for delivering excellent table service, taking orders accurately and ensuring guests enjoy a smooth, satisfying dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet guests warmly and present menus.
· Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
· Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation.
· Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas before, during, and after service.
· Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
· Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
· Process bills and handle payments accurately.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of SSCE certificate.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· A positive, customer-focused attitude.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Previous restaurant or hotel service experience is an advantage.
· Neat and professional appearance.
