Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Lekki/Ajah axis. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as meeting and meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, and providing real estate advisory services. The Commission Sales Associate will also be responsible for market research, client follow-ups, and coordinating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Experience in Real Estate, Property Tours, and Advisory Services
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to Conduct Market Research and Data Analysis
• Self-motivated, Goal-oriented, and Proactive
• Experience with CRM Software and Sales Tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
Prior sales experience in the real estate industry is a plus
