The IT Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of an organization's IT infrastructure. This includes monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability. The specialist plays a key role in supporting end-users, managing hardware and software, and upholding security standard
Responsibilites.
- System Monitoring and Maintena nce: Monitor the performance and health of servers, networks, and applications. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as patching and updates, to ensure all systems are secure and up-to-d
