Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders efficiently
- Serve orders promptly while maintaining service etiquette
- Ensure table cleanliness and reset tables after guest departure
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Process customer bills and operate POS terminals accurately Uphold health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a waiter or waitress in hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
