Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced VP Product Marketing / Marketing Program Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution efforts as we continue to grow our product offering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project management for the marketing and design team, ensuring all initiatives align with our business goals and are executed on time. Your expertise in content marketing, project management, and team leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving customer engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including blogs, articles, e-books, and webinars.
- Manage the project schedules and deliverables of the marketing and design team, including graphic and video designers, social media manager, and blog writer.
- Create tools and resources to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee funnel and website planning and optimization, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Plan strategies for complex nurturing campaigns and use your understanding of the U.S., European, and UAE markets to apply effective marketing tactics.
- Hold teams accountable and ensure all projects remain on track and on time.
- Act as project manager overseeing team execution and collaborating with the CGRO to align business outcomes with marketing initiatives.
- Develop content that influences action and keeps readers engaged through compelling writing.
- Lead nurture campaign planning across U.S., European, and UAE markets
- Write and edit content that educates, engages, and converts target audiences
- Help organize and support in-person events and local brand activations in Lagos
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience managing complex enterprise projects in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in HRTech and recruiting technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in content marketing and project management.
- Strong understanding of the recruiting/hiring landscape, especially applicant tracking systems (ATS) and assessment platforms.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to optimize team performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and persuasive content.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setup while also managing in-person events.
- Based in Lagos, Nigeria to facilitate local event execution.
