Sales Manager – Enterprise SaaS Growth

We’re scaling our SaaS platform with global enterprise clients—and we’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead high-value opportunities and push our growth into new strategic accounts.
This is a quota-carrying role for a performance-minded closer with deep enterprise experience, strong deal instincts, and the ability to guide multi-touch sales cycles from first call to signed contract.
Your Core Focus
Lead outbound and inbound enterprise deal flow
Qualify and close high-value SaaS opportunities ($100K+ ARR)
Drive sales conversations with product, marketing, and technical buyers
Use insights from Gong and Salesforce to track and improve sales performance
Partner with GTM teams to refine positioning and outreach
What You’ll Need
6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding quota
Strong experience managing complex sales with C-suite engagement
Confidence in data-driven tools like Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot
A sharp, strategic mind with the ability to manage ambiguity
Full-time availability on ET schedule
Nice to Have
Familiarity with martech, adtech, or analytics platforms
Previous experience building enterprise pipeline from scratch at a startup
