As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly competent Visa Processing Officer to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process visa applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with embassy and consulate requirements.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on visa documentation, application procedures, and interview preparation.
- Maintain strong communication with embassies, consulates, and visa centers to track and expedite applications.
- Build and leverage valuable professional networks to facilitate timely approvals and industry insights.
- Handle sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
- Provide periodic reports on visa processing status, challenges, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, travel advisories, and changes in visa regulations.
- Support the sales and client service teams with expert input on visa-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized private university, with no less than a Second Class Upper (2:1).
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ proven experience in visa processing, travel consulting, immigration services, or related fields.
- Strong and valuable professional networks within embassies, consulates, or the travel/immigration industry.
Ability to use the following softwares:
- Amadeus – leading GDS for flight bookings and reservations.
- Sabre – widely used for airline, hotel, and car rental bookings.
- Galileo (Travelport) – another key GDS for global travel reservations.
- Travelport Smartpoint – advanced booking platform with ticketing integration.
- Worldspan – airline and travel agency reservation system.
- Travefy / Tourwriter / Lemax – for itinerary planning and tour package management.
