Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design seamless interfaces that enhance usability and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system and visual language.
- Analyze and improve existing user experiences based on feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
