Job Summary
We’re looking for a Workshop Coordinator to manage our live webinars and in-person workshops at Inside Success Nigeria. You’ll be responsible for organising impactful sessions from start to finish; from onboarding high-level guest speakers to promoting events and running them smoothly.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and promote webinars and workshops
- Coordinate speaker outreach and prep (bios, presentations, rehearsals, tech checks)
- Host or manage live events online and offline
- Handle registration, reminders, and post-event feedback Collaborate with the content team to design graphics and announcements, as well as the technical team
Requirements:
- Communicating professionally with influential guests
- Writing clear messages and event briefs
- Staying organized and detail-oriented
- Promoting events through social media and email
