Role Overview:
We're looking for a talented UI/UX Developer to enhance our digital presence and elevate user experience across our website, mobile platforms, and digital event activations. You'll create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces that reflect our distinctive brand identity and strengthen audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain intuitive UI designs across our digital platforms (web/mobile).
- Conduct user research and apply insights to optimize UX for higher engagement and conversions.
- Ensure consistency and brand alignment throughout all digital touchpoints.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, events, technology) to implement innovative design solutions.
- Enhance accessibility to ensure inclusive digital experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience in user-centered design principles, including responsive and adaptive design.
- Ability to interpret user analytics and feedback effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote team settings.
- Prior experience working with entertainment, cultural, or media brands is advantageous.
