As a Training Coordinator, you’ll support the Programs Manager in organizing and executing all Academy and client-based training programs. From scheduling facilitators and preparing materials to following up with students and tracking training outcomes, your role is to keep everything running efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating all training programs.
- Manage communication with facilitators and trainees.
- Prepare and distribute training materials and resources.
- Support logistics for field trips, simulation sessions, and client trainings.
- Monitor attendance and training participation.
- Collect feedback from participants and assist with evaluation reports.
- Keep training records, checklists, and documentation organized and updated.
- Accompany the Programs Manager for follow-ups and support visits.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in administrative, training, or coordination roles.
· A background in education, learning & development, or hospitality training is a big plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- A good grasp of hospitality service standards is a plus.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using email, Google Workspace, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
- A self-starter who is proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Must reside in Lekki or surrounding areas.
