• Issue domestic and international flight tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Make and manage accurate travel reservations according to client needs.
• Handle ticket reissues, cancellations, date changes, and process refunds.
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, or in person.
• Advise clients on travel documentation, visa requirements, and airline policies.
• Communicate fare rules, penalties, and itinerary changes clearly to clients.
• Maintain accurate booking records, invoices, and client information.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel service providers to confirm bookings.
• Upsell services such as hotel bookings, car rentals, and travel insurance.
Stay updated on airline fares, promotions, and industry trends.

:

• Proven experience as a Ticketer or in a similar travel industry role.
• 2–3 years of experience in any travel and tour agency.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS platform (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage booking changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with international travel documentation and visa processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Must reside close to the job location.
