About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly and efficient Ticket Sales & Popcorn Attendant to join our team at Cineclub By PlanetG, a new cinema opening soon. This role involves handling ticket sales, assisting guests, and preparing popcorn/snacks at the counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally
- Sell tickets using POS or manual systems
- Receive payments (cash, transfer, or mobile) and issue tickets
- Prepare and serve popcorn/snacks
- Keep the box office and snack area clean and organized
- Answer guest questions and assist them with seating or show info
Requirements:
- Must be friendly, neat, and customer-service focused
- Basic cash handling or retail sales experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working evening/weekend shifts
- Willing to learn how to use basic point-of-sale systems
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
