Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Telesales Supervisor to lead and inspire our telesales team in driving the adoption of renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and motivating agents, monitoring performance, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the telesales team to deliver excellent results.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive product sales and maximize revenue.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide coaching to improve outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and insights to management.
- Ensure the telesales team provides a customer-focused experience while meeting sales goals.
- Collaborate with management to refine sales scripts, campaigns, and processes. Maintain strong knowledge of company products and industry trends, particularly in renewable energy solutions.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years’ telesales or call center experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in renewable energy, telecoms, FMCG, or fintech is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance and drive improvements.
