Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Lagos. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, managing customer relations, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge. The Telesales Executive will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales
• Experience in Customer Support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Previous experience in a telesales or related role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
