Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Business Manager located in Lagos. The Regional Business Manager will oversee daily operations within the region, develop and implement business strategies, and build relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, ensuring target achievement, analyzing market trends, reporting on performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in business management, sales, and strategy development
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in market analysis and performance reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
