Job Summary
Xymbolic Development Ltd., a rapidly growing company with interests in Real Estate and Agriculture, is seeking a highly driven and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our energetic team. If you’re confident on the phone, skilled at building rapport quickly, and have a natural ability to close deals, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in selling our products by engaging potential clients, handling objections, and guiding them toward smart buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through intensive outbound calls, cold calls, and follow-ups to prospective and existing leads.
- Consistently engage clients over the phone to pitch and promote our high-value real estate offerings with clarity, confidence, and persuasion.
- Own the sales conversation, from first contact to closing, using strategic selling techniques and objection-handling skills.
- Qualify and convert leads into paying clients by understanding their needs and recommending the best property solutions.
- Book and coordinate property inspections and ensure timely follow-up to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and update lead databases meticulously, ensuring every interaction and status is tracked.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and pushing to hit team and individual KPIs.
- Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, leads status, and sales performance.
- Support final stages of deal closure, including documentation and handover, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns based on real-time client feedback and sales trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any field
- Some prior work experience is required (not necessarily in sales).
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt based on customer interaction.
- Confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales.
- Familiar with CRM tools and Google Workspace. (added advantage)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a hunger for success.
- Must reside within the Lekki–Ajah–Sangotedo axis.
Remuneration Package
- Your monthly earnings would be ₦1.4 Million, which comprises a₦200,000 base salary and a performance-based variable of ₦1.2 Million.
- The company will provide you with unlimited sales leads, the tools you need and the necessary training, that it will be impossible for you not to make your total remuneration of ₦1.4 Million at the end of every month.
