We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead, In-house IT Services, to lead and optimize IT service delivery across the organization and its subsidiaries. In this strategic role, you will drive innovation, ensure service excellence, and oversee critical IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
IT Service Delivery & Operations
- Oversee daily IT service desk operations.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, ISO, and ITIL best practices. Continuously improving service performance and end-user satisfaction.
Endpoint & Identity Management
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Google Workspace Admin Console.
Implement device compliance, endpoint security, and access control policies.
Cloud Services & Infrastructure
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
- Lead cloud-based disaster recovery and data protection initiatives. Collaborate with the cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure service resilience.
ERP and Internal Systems Support
- Customize and manage Odoo ERP for IT Helpdesk, Asset Management, and internal support workflows. Support cross-functional integration and automation across subsidiaries.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead, coach, and manage the IT support team across various locations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT services with organizational goals. Provide input into budgeting, vendor management, and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- High school diploma
