Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven background in real estate or related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with the Sales team to ensure seamless alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives, delivering maximum business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to generate qualified leads and close deals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing approaches.
- Drive brand visibility and customer acquisition through effective campaigns, promotions, and strategic outreach.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling sales/marketing materials, including brochures, ads, videos, newsletters, and social media content.
- Manage budgets effectively, track ROI, and present performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external vendors, media partners, and stakeholders to support business growth.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, digital tools, and innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
- Ability to develop strategies, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.
- Professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
