We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Studio Manager to oversee the technical heartbeat of our station - ensuring seamless production, transmission

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain studio and broadcast equipment
- Coordinate live and recorded studio sessions
- Ensure zero-downtime transmission with quick fault resolution and work closely with on-air talent and content teams Innovate and implement studio workflow improvements
Requirements:
- A degree in Technology, Broadcast Engineering, or related fields
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing technical operations in a radio station
- Strong knowledge of studio hardware/software, audio routing, mixing consoles, and automation systems Proven leadership, coordination, and troubleshooting skills
