Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure that the staff are performing efficiently
- Track and manage business activities
- Ensure the cashier maintains an accurate cash register and reports any discrepancies
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with basic computer or printing tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues to management when needed Keep daily records of sales and usage for end-of-day reporting
