Role Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Student Admission Officer / Education Consultant to join our team in Kano. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising prospective students, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth admission journey. This role is critical to converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise students on study abroad options, admission requirements, and visa processes

Assist in evaluating student documents and ensuring compliance with university standards

Liaise with international partner universities and institutions

Guide applicants through every step of the admission process

Follow up with leads from social media, events, or walk-ins

Maintain organized client records using tools like Google Sheets and Trello

Deliver excellent customer service through in-person, phone, and WhatsApp interactions

Requirements:

Must be based in Kano or willing to relocate; preference for those living close to Tarauni (logistics must not be a challenge)

Experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or admissions is strongly preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident, clear, and friendly

Basic tech skills (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, etc.)

Proactive, well-organized, and able to work with minimal supervision

Minimum qualification: HND/Bachelor’s degree
