Your day at EssilorLuxottica:

The Site HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and leading all aspects of Human Resources strategy and operations to support the company's business objectives. This role is a key member of the Plant Management Team, providing strategic HR leadership and partnering with management to drive initiatives related to organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership
    • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies in organizational design, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
    • Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Plant Management Team, advising on people strategy and legal compliance.
  • Organizational & Talent Development
    • Lead initiatives in talent development, succession planning, training, and performance management to build leadership capability and employee growth.
    • Contribute to company strategic planning and projects through effective people development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Employee & Labor Relations
    • Drive employee engagement programs and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Build a strong relationship with employee representatives/unions and lead collective bargaining negotiations.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and global HR policies.
    • Oversee operational HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, HR services, payroll interface, and personnel administration.
  • Policy Implementation & Alignment
    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with global strategy and local legal requirements.
    • Align local HR strategies with global/regional frameworks, covering areas such as manpower planning, job evaluation, salary structure, and career development.
  • HR Process Excellence
    • Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and service delivery to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor HR KPIs and ensure operational excellence in all HR services.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and mobility professionals.
    • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
  • Budget Management
    • Consolidate annual HR budgets, monitor expenditure, analyze variances, and implement optimization measures to support business profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership roles in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, HR transformation project.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Able to work at Sawannakhet, Laos.
