Salary: ₦450,000 Monthly (HMO, Tax, and Pension Inclusive)

Job Description:
Our client, a reputable company in the production of phone accessories including power banks, earpods, and chargers, is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and managing day-to-day HR operations at their Alaba International location.
Key Responsibilities:
. Serve as the primary HR contact for the Alaba International office.
. Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and drive HR initiatives.
. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
. Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
. Drive performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
. Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations issues.
. Provide guidance on organizational structure and workforce planning.
. Collaborate with other HR offices (e.g., Victoria Island) as needed.
Requirements:
. BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is an advantage.
. Minimum of 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
. Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
. Must reside around Alaba, Festac, Isolo, Ikotun, or nearby areas.
