Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Builder located in Uyo. The Site Builder will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring safety standards are maintained, managing on-site personnel, and coordinating with project managers. Tasks include site preparation, resource allocation, quality control, and maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and site supervision
• Proficiency in project planning and resource allocation
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Uyo
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art construction technology
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience in the development of roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects is a plus
