Role: Business Consultant / Venture Builder

Knight and Bishop is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and entrepreneurial Business Management Consultant to join our team and support the strategic initiatives towards attaining the vision, goals, short and long-term plans of our fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial organization. The ideal candidate must have a critical eye for quality, excellent communication skills, a proven ability to multi-task and take on projects and initiatives with limited guidance.

The role will require key business management understanding with local and international exposure and assist in the transformational implementation approaches.

This candidate will be focused, technologically savvy, and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed industry/market research and gather data for opportunity and deal assessment
• Provide strategic concepts to address clients’ or venture business issues.
• Perform detailed business analysis
• Ability to develop viable business models and identify funding options
• Create valuation and financial models to support business cases with guidance
• Strong execution and implementation of recommendations with project management abilities
• Describe key issues and trends within the industry
• Apply communication principles to support clients and team
• Drive transformational business competitiveness leveraging on technological and digitalization approaches.
• Value creation program development skills, road mapped to track profitability, sustainability and invest-ability
• Understand global best practice
• Generate insight into the required research and analysis of data
Foster, develop, and liaise with prospective partners, clients, investors and other key stakeholders including industry, government and eco-system players to advance the development of strategic relationships and funding objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with a minimum 5 years’ in a business advisory/consulting/Acceleration

• Professional qualifications (MBA, ACMA, ICAN, CFA) are added advantages

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
  

Must have a passion for Business Advisory / Venture building and Acceleration of mid to growth-stage businesses
