This role is ideal for someone passionate about interior design, project coordination, and construction management. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Assist in overseeing day-to-day activities at interior design project sites</li> <li>Monitor and document site progress, deliveries, and contractor activities</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards</li> <li>Support the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers</li> <li>Attend site meetings and provide daily/weekly reports to the project team</li> <li>Help maintain project timelines, checklists, and installation schedules</li> <li>Manage site materials and ensure proper storage and usage</li> <li>Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and technical teams</li> <li>Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to the Site Manager</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</li> <li>Strong interest in site supervision and interior fit-out processes</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal abilities</li> <li>Basic understanding of interior finishes and construction terminology</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and site reporting tools</li> </ul>
