Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research related to HR, employee engagement, recognition, and leadership.

• Optimize existing website content and blog posts for SEO.

• Generate SEO-friendly content ideas and briefs.

• Draft or edit articles with SEO best practices (meta tags, internal links, headings, etc.).

• Track SEO metrics using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

• Research opportunities for backlinks and partnerships to boost site authority.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in SEO, content marketing, and digital growth.

• Knowledge of on-page SEO, keywords, content structure.

• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner.

• Strong writing and editing skills in English.

• Blogging, copywriting, or WordPress experience.

• Comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion (we can train you on specifics).

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  

Qualifications

• Compétences en SEO : Expérience avec les audits SEO, la recherche de mots-clés et le netlinking.
• Compétences en Web Analytics : Capacité à utiliser des outils d'analyse web pour mesurer et optimiser les performances.
• Compétences en Marketing : Connaissances en marketing numérique et en stratégies de contenu pour améliorer l'engagement en ligne.
D'autres qualifications appréciées incluent une bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion de contenu (CMS) et des capacités rédactionnelles excellentes.
