Role Overview
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager with a strong focus on SEO and external visibility. This role is central to driving organic traffic, improving search rankings for key terms such as “AI work models,” and building Alpharithm’s authority across the web. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day SEO improvements while laying the foundation for broader marketing responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for strategic terms (e.g., “AI work models”)
- Drive on-page SEO optimization across all website and model pages (meta tags, internal linking, header structure, schema, etc.)
- Coordinate with the engineering team to implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability) Monitor and report on search rankings, impressions, and click-throughs using Google Search Console and Ahrefs or SEMrush
Link Building & Authority Development
- Build a targeted backlink acquisition strategy to improve domain authority
- Conduct email outreach for guest posts, link insertions, and collaborations with relevant blogs, newsletters, and influencers Submit and maintain listings across startup directories and product platforms (e.g., Product Hunt, G2, Capterra)
Content-Driven Growth
- Plan and coordinate content around pillar pages, use cases, and AI model categories
- Collaborate with internal and freelance writers to ensure consistent, SEO-aligned publishing Repurpose blog content across external platforms such as Quora, Reddit, Medium, and Twitter to generate engagement and visibility
Growth Marketing Operations
- Experiment with early-stage acquisition channels (email, referral programs, partnerships)
- Support marketing automation and analytics implementation Gradually expand responsibilities into full-funnel marketing ownership, from awareness to conversion
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, or growth marketing
- Demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Surfer SEO
- Familiarity with backlink outreach, directory submissions, and content promotion
- Strong writing and communication skills Experience in SaaS, AI, or early-stage startup environments is a plus
