Join Nigeria's fastest-growing automotive import company. We have hundreds of qualified leads from professionals ready to import vehicles worth $15,000-$100,000+. We need an exceptional closer to convert these high-value prospects into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers using our proven sales methodology
- Conduct consultations via phone/WhatsApp with pre-screened prospects
- Close premium deals across our 6 service tiers (Basic to Ultra Luxury)
- Build relationships with Nigerian professionals seeking US vehicles
- Achieve targets: Minimum 10 sales per month
- Maintain CRM records and follow systematic follow-up processes

Requirements
- Proven closer with track record of ₦5M+ deal closures
- 4+ years sales experience in automotive, real estate, luxury goods, or financial services

- Cultural understanding of Nigerian business practices and decision-making
- CRM proficiency (Zoho experience preferred)
- Full availability during business hours (9AM-6PM WAT)
- Results-driven mindset with persistence and resilience
Compensation Structure
- Base Commission: 10% of all service fees
- Weekly Performance Bonus: ₦50,000 for closing 3+ vehicles
- Monthly Volume Bonus: ₦20,000 per vehicle sold
- Unlimited earning potential - no salary cap

Service Tier Commissions:
- Basic Tier deals: ₦120,000 per sale
- Premium Tier deals: ₦200,000 per sale
- Executive Tier deals: ₦300-400,000 per sale
- Luxury Tier deals: ₦500-800,000 per sale
Monthly Income Potential:
- 10 sales/month: ₦1.2M-8M+ in commissions plus bonuses
