We are seeking to employ a Mechanical Engineer and an Electrical Engineer.
Role Summary - Mechanical Engineer
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, review, installation, supervision, and commissioning of all mechanical building services including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems across Micdee projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design MEP drawings for client for project
Review and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications provided by consultants/clients.
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems (ducting, chillers, split units, VRF, etc.) ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
- Oversee plumbing and drainage works including water supply, sanitary fixtures, pumping systems, and piping layouts.
- Ensure fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels) are installed and tested properly.
- Prepare material submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.
- Monitor quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
Role Summary - Electrical Engineer
The Electrical Engineer will oversee the design review, installation, supervision, and commissioning of all electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, ICT, security, and fire alarm systems for Micdee projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review electrical drawings, load schedules, and material specifications.
- Supervise installation of electrical wiring, conduits, panels, and switchgear.
- Manage lighting system installations ensuring design intent and energy efficiency.
- Oversee installation of ICT, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling.
- Integrate electrical systems with mechanical and architectural works.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of power, lighting, and backup systems (generator, UPS, solar).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, IEE standards, and Nigerian electrical codes.
- Provide progress reports and resolve technical issues on-site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create photorealistic 3D renderings, visualizations, and animations for [architecture/interior a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming concepts, sketches, and technical drawings into high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs. This role requires a strong eye for design, technical expertise in 3D software, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visual storytellingdesign/products/advertising/etc.].
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret concepts and produce high-quality visual outputs.
- Develop 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, or other design inputs.
- Produce VR presentations, walkthroughs, and flythrough animations when required.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all visual outputs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and rendering techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software, and new visualization techniques.
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, 3D Animation, or related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, 3D Artist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Rhino, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent.
- Strong rendering skills with engines like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for post-production.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and material creation.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
