All roles report to the Head of Sales & Client Services and will undergo a structured onboarding program to gain in-depth product knowledge and brand messaging mastery.
Position: B2B Sales Closer – Personal Branding Services
Location: Remote
Salary: ₦120,000/month + Commission
Role Type: B2B Sales / Corporate Partnerships
Reports To: Head of Sales & Client Services
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads among businesses, HR departments, and corporate leaders. • Close deals with companies purchasing personal branding packages for their staff.
- Customize and pitch group packages to HR professionals and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to tailor offers.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from discovery to contract signing.
- Maintain a record of outreach, conversations, and deal closures using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or HR-related services.
- Track record of closing high-value deals and securing recurring partnerships. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, manage pipeline, and meet closing goals.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and CRM systems.Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary: ₦120,000/month
- Commission: 10–20% of every B2B sale closed (based on package sold)
- Bonus: Performance-based incentives for closing 2–3+ deals monthly (priority on the first month)
