We are expanding our international customer base and are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven experience in global prospecting, outreach, and consultative sales .
Role Overview
As a Senior BDR at Norton-Gauss, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities worldwide. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects while building strong relationships with key decision-makers across IT, Telecom, and Technology industries.
This is a strategic, hands-on role that requires both technical understanding and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and prospecting campaigns across global markets, focusing on IT, Telecom, and Technology companies.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced networking strategies to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Manage and track all interactions using Pipedrive CRM , ensuring accurate data and pipeline visibility.
- Develop compelling outreach messages, leveraging copywriting skills to increase engagement and response rates.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to prospects, showcasing Norton-Gauss’s solutions and value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to refine GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in Cloud, DevSecOps, Automation, and Coding , to position solutions effectively. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for prospecting, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in English (C1 minimum) – both written and spoken.
- Additional languages: Spanish and/or French are a strong plus.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn prospecting and social selling.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Pipedrive CRM .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Cloud, DevSecOps, Automation, and Coding concepts .
- Strong copywriting and outreach personalization skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation roles , in the Tech or Consulting industry (eliminatory).
