Job Scope:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience, especially from a banking or financial services background, who are eager to expand their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Reports To:
Business Development Lead
Responsibilities:
1.
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
2.
Assist in conducting market research to analyze industry trends.
3.
Support the development and maintenance of client relationships.
4.
Participate in meetings and follow up on client inquiries.
5.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
6.
Coordinate meetings and organize sales documentation.
7.
Update and manage client information in the CRM system.
8.
Monitor industry developments and share relevant insights.
9.
Represent the company at networking and promotional events.
10.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Business Development Lead.
Desired Skills:
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Foundational knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development principles.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of CRM tools and data entry processes.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
