Key Responsibilities:
- Write Tailored CVs: Create personalized CVs that highlight the client’s skills, experience, and achievements to match specific job postings.
- Craft Compelling Cover Letters: Write custom cover letters for each client, ensuring alignment with the job description and client’s career goals.
- Job Application Management: Assist clients by applying to 5 tailored jobs per day, Monday to Saturday, using customized CVs and cover letters.
- ATS Optimization: Ensure that all CVs are optimized for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), integrating keywords and formatting for maximum visibility.
- Job Post Research: Research suitable job postings across multiple job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, etc.) to find roles that align with client preferences and qualifications.
- Ongoing Support: Communicate regularly with clients to adjust applications based on feedback and preferences.
- Track Progress: Maintain organized logs of all job applications in Google Sheets, and provide weekly updates to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Resume Writing Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience writing resumes and cover letters tailored to specific industries and job titles.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to read job descriptions carefully and tailor CVs and cover letters to meet the exact needs of the employer.
- Familiarity with ATS Systems: Knowledge of how ATS software works and how to optimize resumes to ensure they are selected by ATS.
- Excellent Writing Skills: Strong command of the English language with the ability to write in a professional and engaging tone.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple client applications and meet daily quotas (5 applications per day).
- Organizational Skills: Experience tracking multiple applications, updates, and follow-ups using tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
- Remote Work Experience: Comfort working remotely, managing your own time and deliverables, and using tools like Slack, Gmail, and Google Drive.
