Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦400,000 (Net) + commission on closed deals
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring clients for HR outsourcing services (recruitment, payroll, etc.), closing business deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Experience in Consulting is an added advantage.*
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert leads into paying clients.
- Acquire and manage clients for HR outsourcing services.
- Negotiate and close outsourcing contracts with favorable terms.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in Business Development or Sales (HR Consulting/Outsourcing preferred).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
